On Friday, Dec. 7, 2007 at 4:18 p.m. my agent called with the news that she had sold my 3-book series to Thomas Nelson Publishers.  When I think back to everything that has happened over the past nine months, it's almost like I've been living someone else's dream.  Then I remember...it's my dream.  One that I've had my entire life. 

Today PLAIN PERFECT hits the shelves at major bookstores.  How do I feel?  Blessed beyond anything I could have imaged.  When God called me to write books that glorify Him, about people searching for peace and a relationship with God, my initial reaction was, "Why me?"  I felt incredibly unworthy.  But we are all children of God, and it just goes to show you, we don't always understand His plan for us.

It is my hope that PLAIN PERFECT, along with the other two books to come in the Daughters of the Promise series, will touch those who read it and perhaps give them a better understanding of the words faith, hope, and love.  A better understanding that once we turn our lives over to Him, all things are possible.
