Plain Perfect - The Movie
Whether we admit it or not, every author speculates the question, "What if my book was made into a movie?" Well, there has been some discussion about this among readers of PLAIN PERFECT, and it's posted on the Internet. "Wendi" chose PLAIN PERFECT as her 1st choice for a book she would like to see turned into a movie. And she has several comments on her blog from others who agree with her.
It was so fun to run across this! I don't know Wendi, but she went as far as to name actors to play the parts! But, I gotta tell ya...I am NOT seeing Goldie Hawn playing Sarah Jane!

I think the Plain Perfect book would make a very moving movie! I am not sure who I would pick to play the characters, but could you get Brad Pitt to play Samuel and invite me to the set????? I could see Tommy Lee Jones playing Jonas and Louise Fletcher playing Irma Rose.

Man that would be totally awesome if they made your book into a movie, I would so go watch it in the theater and then buy it when it came out on dvd.....Love ya lots, Dawn

I absolutely LOVED your book from start to finish, and I'm taking it to two book clubs as a possible future read.

Thanks so much for the kind words about Plain Perfect and for the great reviews you have posted. There are two more books in the series - Plain Pursuit will release in April 2009, and Plain Promise will release in October 2009. Another 3-book series will follow after that!
