Books in Audio Format
Plain Perfect and Plain Pursuit will both release in audio format in the next few weeks. I confess...I have never listened to a book on a CD before. I've had several readers tell me that they are purchasing the books for their elderly grandma who can't see well enough to read any more. Others have said that they enjoy listening to an audio version of a book while they are in the car, especially on a long trip. But, in general, I'm just wondering how many people prefer the CD over the actual book? And, what about Kindle versions? How popular is that?
And, this is totally off-topic, but the Bluebonnets in Texas are beautiful! Is this just a 'Texas thing', or does everyone across the nation enjoy these wildflowers? I truly don't know. I'm a Texas gal, born and raised. I took this picture out the window of my car the other day, a few miles from my house. Just thought I'd share - this is what the highways and backroads in Texas look like this time of year.

Beautiful picture, Beth! I love wildflowers, but don't think we have bluebonnets here in Georgia. We have some type of wildflower planted along our Interstate system, not sure what, though.
I've tried audio books a little here at home, but just can't concentrate enough. But if I were on the road a lot or had poor eyesight, I think I would love them.

It's good to hear that your books will be in audio version for those who prefer that, but I think I still prefer to read a book (or watch it in movie form!). Received Plain Pursuit yesterday and finished it today. This is another really good book--loved the new characters of Carley and Noah, Dana and Jenna. Your characters are well developed and very inspiring. Keep on writing!! The Lord has blessed you with the gift of words so that you can draw others to Him through your stories!

I would love to win one of your books if you are having a contest.

I won the book PLAIN PURSUIT and have already read it, it is so good and has a different approach that the other Amish writters, Beth gives it a different life. I can't wait to get the others, they have to be just as great. Thank you Beth

Thank you for posting a picture of bluebonnets. I am from Texas, but I live in Missouri now and I miss them terribly.

I traveled to Texas to visit my parents for Christmas. It was a 10 hour trip, and I brought along a couple of audio books (One for the trip there and one for the return trip). It was wonderful. It made the trip seem so much shorter. Although, if I am at home, I prefer a book.
