Help Me Choose Amish Recipes for Plain Promise

Each Daughters of the Promise novel features four authentic Amish recipes in the back of each book.  Each recipe is something that was mentioned in the book.  I'm having trouble deciding which recipes to include.  After making an enormous batch of chow-chow, locating rhubarb to make rhubarb pies, and making 120 molasses crinkle cookies for prior books...I find myself trying to find something simple to make...lol.  You see, these recipes from my Old Order friend have to be tested prior to publication.

The most important food item in Plain Promise is tapioca pudding.  You'll see why when you read the book.  Ironically, I don't like tapioca pudding, so my sister-in-law was gracious enough to test that recipe for me.  But I need three more to go along with the tapioca pudding.  Here are the choices.  Which ones would you like to see included in the book?  Pick three out of the five!

Turkey Roast (this is served at Amish weddings)

Barbecued String Beans

Zucchini Casserole

Peanut Butter Spread (spread on homemade bread with the cheese spread)

Cheese Spread

Thanks for helping me decide!

The zucchini casserole, turkey roast and the barbecued string beans sound delicious. By the way I made the 'Baked Corn Casserole' (from Plain Pursuit) and it was a bit watery, but delicious. Thanks so much for the delicious recipes.
