Well, it looks like zucchini casserole is a clear winner for one of the recipes to include in Plain Promise.  Thanks for all the comments!  The cheese spread was also voted as a favorite.  Seems to be a tossup between the peanut butter spread and the barbecued string beans, so maybe I'll be able to include them both.  If not, I'll share one of the recipes on this site.
