We have a winner!

Karen Erdman is the winner of one of the books offered last week!  Karen, email me at author@bethwiseman.net and I'll get you the book of your choice, signed!  Congrats!

I don't always have time to respond to all the comments left on this blog, but I read every single one of them.  I appreciate all of you so much!  Your kind words often bring me to tears.  I'm incredibly blessed to be able to write these books.  I wanted to respond to a few comments made this past week.

Cindy - I wish I was going with you to Lancaster County!  Hope you have a fabulous time!

Peggy - You asked when and where I might be having a book signing in Central Texas.  I'm on a tight deadline right now, so I'm staying close to my computer.  However, I will be at the Frisch Auf! Valley County Country Club in La Grange, Texas on Friday, July 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a book review and Amish inspired lunch.  If anyone is interested in more details about this, email me at author@bethwiseman.net

Karen (our winner!) - she asked how I am enjoying the country life.  I am loving it!  Still trying to balance unpacking with writing, but my oldest son (Eric, 25) came to visit on Friday and I've been enjoying spending some time with him this weekend.  We had friends over for our first pool party on the 4th and my sister-in-law and nephew will be here this afternoon.  We've been here two weeks, and this morning Patrick took me on a ride to see our property lines, etc.  I've been so focused on the inside of the house and getting things functional, I wasn't sure exactly what we owned!  I love the woods here, the sounds at night and in the morning, and I hope that this will be my grandchildrens' favorite place to be some day!  (No hurry, though, Eric and Cory!!!)

A super special 'Thank You' to our dear friend, Phillip, who did an incredible amount of work helping us move...in this heat!!  A TRUE friend!  We love you!  And also to my sister-in-law who spent three days sweating alongside me - packing, moving, providing pizzas, etc.  You're the best!  We love you too!

Many Blessings,

Love, Beth

You are so lucky to live in such an area. It was always my dream to live close to woods/farm style. I hope you enjoy it!
