Book Giveaway!

Hello Everyone,

After months of not blogging here -- I'm back!  I don't know what happened.  It was my New Year's Resolution to blog here regularly, then things got crazy.  BUT, I'm going to try to keep this blog interesting, starting by blogging about my trip to Colorado where I'll be doing research for my new series launching in October.  Seek Me With All Your Heart, book #1 in the Land of Canaan series takes some of my characters from the Daughters of the Promise series west to Colorado.  I'm leaving tomorrow for Colorado, and I'll be meeting with two different Amish families in Monte Vista and Westcliffe.  Seek Me With All Your Heart is based in the fictional town of Canaan about ten miles from Monte Vista.  (More info. in the prior post on this site)

Click HERE  to check out the brand new book trailer for Seek Me With All Your Heart.  I'm super excited about this book.  It's been chosen as the 2011 Women of Faith Book of the Year!

In other news, I just finished book #5 in the Daughters of the Promise series, Plain Proposal, which will release in March 2011, and when I return from my Colorado trip, I'll start on An Amish Wedding, which is a novella collection co-authored with Kathleen Fuller and Kelly Long.  Then, after that...back to the Land of Canaan novels with book #2, which isn't titled yet.  The plan is to have a full-length book release every six months, alternating between the Daughters of the Promise series and the Land of Canaan series, with novellas releasing in between.

I hope you'll follow me on my trip to Colorado here, and I want to offer a free book to all of you who have stayed with me on this blog and for new subscribers who have faith that I'll be able to keep up with this blog!    Just leave a comment here, and I'll draw a random winner on Sept. 1.  The winner can choose any book that has released, and I'll sign it and mail it to you.  Good luck!

Peace to you, and I'll be back SOON...I promise!!

xoxo
Beth

Dear Beth, I like many fans & viewers or your, would really love to win a copy of your new book that you have coming out soon. I really love to read books about the Amish people, I find it very interesting how they live such a simple life, I love reading about their culture, how close of a community they are, making sure their values are handed down to their children, while wanting to keep that closeness to GOD & live according to the way that GOD wants us to live, which we all could stand to learn that from the Amish People. I've started a collection of books that I have very much enjoyed reading & I really hope that you will please enter my name in your contest or sweepstakes for a chance to win a copy of your new book, I would very much love to read it and add it to my collection of books, that I have already.

Being born and raised a Southern gal, my unending interest/passion for anything Amish seemed very strange, but I couldn't help but go along with it. I mentioned to my Pennsylvania born Aunt, how she would enjoy your Amish books. Love your books Beth! I think it's great that you are going to try to release a new one every 6 months. That way we don't have to go back and reread the previous ones (not that I wouldn't, and do) to remember what was going on!

I have read a number of Amish novels with various authors. They are all good, but your novels Beth have that extra "Reality"...that extra "Pleasure" that the others don't. You do them where it seems so REAL to the reader. There is an anointing from God. I have learned so much about the beauty of the Amish people because of your insight on them. Danki!
